"The hotel is situated in a good location, located in the popular suburb of Surry Hills, but the hotel itself leaves a lot to be desired.
The hotel has two entrances, with the reception bizarrely located on a very small desk at the back of the hotel. The front entrance is right next to two ‘Master’ rooms, one of which we stayed in. This entrance is meant to only be used is sociable hours, but guests were using it all through the night, and it is not a quiet door! These two rooms are at street...
