"My stay was amazing. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, which made it very easy to get around by car or taxi. The rooms were beautifully designed and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was great with a nice variety of options. The staff were extremely kind and helpful and made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. "For the first time, i saw a Rat in a Hotel, poo in that bath, Hotel was in bits and stains of finger print all over the walls like it was used for human sacrifice or something not that I would know just saying what I saw which I have shown in the images. Toilets shown in the images advertised on the hotel post is a deceit and should be taken down, and when we asked for our money back so we can go to a different hotel they refused and said Hotel .com is to refund us, which we did not get. Bad...
