"I stayed at this hotel because I had an early morning flight, and it was the perfect choice. Many hotels near Brussels South Charleroi claim to have a free shuttle, but it often turns out to be a paid taxi. This one truly offers a free shuttle bus, which was a huge plus! "From the airport transfer which was particularly difficult after landing to the superb reception staff service this was a lovely one night stay close to Charleroi airport. It may be basic but rooms are clean and warm , beds are comfy and the pillows outstanding , leading to a fabulous nights sleep. We didn’t do breakfast however the restaurant and bar looked lovely. "This little out-of-the-way hotel is great for travellers in-transit to the Charleroi airport. Choose this hotel instead of a corporate-owned chain - it is family owned and I felt treated like family. Whatever you need, they assist you with it personally. I had a nice large glass of wine to unwind before bed, a fresh croissant in the morning, and an on-demand ride to the airport. The hospitality was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again (and I travel a lot!)."

"The room was comfortable and the grounds were very pleasant. The walls are thin so we could hear a lot of noise from the children in the next room one night. We had an enjoyable meal on New Year's Eve but we were not told until the day that everything would be closed (apart from breakfast) on New years day! We had the most heavenly massage, really recommended. We loved the animals and the 'farm to fork' ethos and local produce. "
