"I live about an hour away, but since I had three days of training at Quantico, I didn’t want to make the trip home and back each morning, so I decided to book a hotel. I was torn between this hotel and one located right up the street, but ultimately, I chose this one, and I’m so glad I did. Everything was perfect. The building was clean and modern, and the staff, especially April, was warm and welcoming. My room was spacious and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed for my stay. Additionally, there was free breakfast, and a welcome-back meal in the evening that included wine, along with 24-hour coffee. The hotel exceeded my expectations, and if I have another training session at Quantico, I will definitely stay here again."

2/10 Terrible

"The first day in the room, we noticed the toilet didn’t flush properly. You had to flush multiple times for the tissue to go down. The second day, toilet overflowed causing the whole room to flood. We (3 of us) had to quickly grab our thing and exit the room. We were then placed in an handicap accessible room. The bed in that room was literally 6-8 inches from the floor. I complained and was told they were fully booked. Then I was told they would have another room ready in 30 minutes. My party and I waited in the lobby with all our belongings. About 10 minutes later a room happens to be available. The new room was fine and the toilet worked properly, but there were only 2 sets of bath cloth/towels. I paid for 3 guests. I asked for an extra set and was told they didn’t have any available. They were low on stock. I called the next morning and asked again, and was told they would send up a set, however i did not receive it by checkout time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. 😡 ~GA Girl~"
