"The apartment itself was great. Clean and exactly what we needed. No parking pass was provided which was inconvenient. Other tenants have thrown trash off their balcony and it smelled 24/7 of weed."

Communication to access building was never sent I had to call the day of and download app after that is was smooth
Internet never worked!!! called first day and was never fixed during my entire stay
Also toilet clogged the last day and managements answer was wait until following day never fixed … no plunger on property or maintenance worker on site .. very disappointed"

"The apartment was so nice and clean. It was a little confusing on how to get to the unit but the host was very respectful and helpful via call/text message throughout the entire stay. I will definitely be looking for more Landing properties to stay at. "

"We stayed at Landing for 4 nights. It was our 1st time booking an apt. instead of a hotel room. We wanted more space for our 60-lb dog. The apt was clean, neat & cozy. The area was quiet. Customer service was great. I would recommend Landing for the reasons above.
We drove from NY to NC (12-hr drive). On Sunday morning (day #2), we found a boot on our car & had to pay two hundred to get it removed. A few cars had boots on them as well. I believe the area is owned by Landing. I don't think the...
