"The staff were very nice and welcoming, which made the stay pleasant. Breakfast was pretty nice and a good start to the day. Unfortunately, parking was a major issue. When the hotel is full, there isn’t enough parking for guests. I was even told to park at a nearby business, but their lot was full as well, which made things pretty frustrating. Definitely something to consider if you’re staying during a busy time."

"The room was clean and comfortable but the sink was clogged up. The bathroom was not very clean. Other than that the bed was comfortable and the AC unit worked well. It was pretty quiet too. "

"Everything was great except none of the ice machines worked. Front desk staff didn’t seem to care. The shuttle drivers were fabulous and very courteous. Really enjoyed our stay except for no ice and some of the vending machines were out of order as well."

"Excellent stay at Home2Suites as always. So clean, spacious room, friendly and helpful staff, and amazing breakfast - there’s something for everyone, and the breakfast area has plenty of seating. Only complaint is that the pool was ice cold and impossible to swim in, but I guess for the end of March, even in the South, you can’t expect much."

"I misunderstood the desk clerk and went to the wrong room (124 instead of 134). My key worked! The room overall was ok - it was clean. But my initial thought was it was a smoking room. The longer I was in the room, the less it smelled like smoke. It just smelled bad. If I moved around during the night, the bed mattress moved (kind of scary). The mattress felt like it had springs in it. Very uncomfortable. The shower did not work. Great water pressure but no shower. I could not get...
