"Ate dinner in their bar/grill. Ordered a Rueben sandwich for my husband, and a burger for myself. Burger came, Rueben never arrived, something else did. Waitress blamed the cook, but she tried.
The hot water in the shower is merely lukewarm. The eggs were cold, hash browns not refilled, juice not refilled. "
