"The place needed a thorough cleaning. The bedspread and comforter had various stains all over them. Floor was sticky and the rug was gross. No soap or shampoo in bath and when filled they still didn't work. No soap at all in sink area. And the pillows were as flat as pancakes. Won't be staying here again."

"The staff were overwhelmed. The dryers weren't working so the staff couldn't provide clean linens. The lobby filled with angry customers who arrived at the hotel and couldn't get a room. The staff put a note on the window at the front desk stating they weren't accepting new arrivals and left. No customer service at all. 😲"
