The hotel was in a great location in reference the needs of our visit but the hotel terribly needs remodeling. The room we received had a toilet seat that was peeling badly, wouldn’t dare sit on it cleaned or not. The hallways smelled old dirty and the grounds were not kept. The staff was helpful with providing another room but there has to be some plans for remodeling especially for the cost nightly.

Well what I’ll say is that the service was good. What u would want to expect when staying at a hotel at check in. Room was clean. As far as the front area, and the first building cause there are two buildings. The front area/ check in/lounge/ breakfast area. Looked terrible. Made you want to turn around and leave. Old torn up chairs. Just old furniture that’s was obviously trash. Like really? You all can’t afford new chairs. There also is a weird smell in the first building. Overall it was the options for this area and ga. We were here for a family gathering and that’s all there was. The price did not match the stay. Actually from what I heard from other family members who stayed in other hotels that’s how it is at most of the places. You don’t get what you paid for so lower expectations. Quick place to lay your head.

The room smelled like urine. The armchair was very dirty. I had to cover the armchair with bath towels. The shower was also dirty, especially the bottom of the glass door. Breakfast was not good. They serve very bad and the same kinds of sausages and eggs every day.

My room smells awful. Like a bunch of deodorizer sprayed to cover up an old smokey smell. I have asthma and this is really getting to me. If I wasn’t so tired I would have left and found another hotel. I’ve never had this experience with a Comfort Suites. Really disappointed and I definitely would not book here again.

It was right off the highway with easy on/off access, but wasn't noisy. The room smelled a little musty (not unusual in the humid deep south) but was otherwise fine. Very friendly staff.

Most of the hotels in this town are old properties. This is slightly better of the lot with cleaner rooms and good breakfast. Some spotty areas look old and smelly, but nothing that inconveniences you. Breakfast was very good and the staff is very nice and helpful. Overall, the stay was comfortable.

The property is dated. We stayed for an event at Georgia Southern University and all other hotels in the area were booked solid. The room had a wet towel smell. There was not a closet in the room or an iron to use. The breakfast provided: eggs, muffins, waffle maker with juices and coffee. The king size bed was comfortable. There is a 24 hr gas station with provisions directly in front of the hotel.

Nice hotel
The hotel was nice and a convenient location. The breakfast selection/choices was very nice- the reason we chose this hotel. It was a bit tricky to turn left out of the drive due to proximity to the traffic light and the highway.

I reserved a King Bed suite at this hotel online 2 hours prior to arrival. At check-in we were told the room we reserved was on the 3rd floor and the elevator wasn't working. We have too many things to try to climb 3 flights of stairs with so the only option was to take a 2 Queen Bed room on the 1st floor. Very cramped. On one of the beds the mattress was wider than the base. Sitting on the edge of the bed it tipped up. But they were comfortable. Nice bathroom with large walk in shower stall. Water pressure so-so. Fridge but no freezer. Microwave. Breakfast ok. Egg 'patties' had no taste.

Property was dirty. There were holes in the carpet. Elevator did not work. Paint peeling in the room. The breakfast stayed the same each day and was not rotated. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED. I have stayed at several Comfort Inn's during my travels over the years and normally am pleased. This hotel was terrible and should be shut down for renovations. I will never book this hotel again. The staff was terrific and the staff is the only thing that brought this up to two stars. I was very disappointed. 4 star price for a 1 star accommodation. Shame on you corporate. Staff was awesome though.

The elevator was broken so we had to walk up with luggage to the room. I have a disability and there was no help offered. The hallway carpet is threadbare and the stairwells are filthy. If we have to use them, clean them.

My room smelled like mold. When I walked in the room it was an old, musty smell. The room door has a gap where it closes that light shines through. The place seems old and wasnt worth 300-400 dollars. At the most it should have been $169 a night.

Our room was missing the couch. The AC was broken and due to getting in so late, we tried to sleep through the noise it kept making because we had to be up early - which we highly regret. We couldn't even sleep with pillows over our ears. There was no shampoo, no soap ans a half used bottle of conditioner (GROSS). There was dust and cobwebs everywhere. The TV had poor quality and was pixilated. I felt I completely got ripped off for what i paid for a King Suite. Would not recommend to anyone.

Easy check in. Soft sheets, clean bathroom and comfortable bed. Quiet room and A/C worked! Made for a perfect stay for me.

Room was mostly smelling and average in condition. Pool was very undesirable, bfast was ok, just very average. I would stay at be the Hampton next time for not much more of cheaper If I booked in advance. Thanks.
