"It is too far walking from train station. Bus not operating due to construction for a week. Even bus is operating, you still need to walk uphill about 500 m . We have to walk uphill for about 20 mins. I would suggest to stay in Grindelwald ( nice view ) or Interlaken area. They picked us up but their rate is not standardized, depends on the receptionist. "Great location, good access to the town, trains and cable cars. We came in April so no queues. The view from our bedrooms was amazing. Breakfast was continental but also included egg, bacon etc I would stay again."

"Receptionist are very kind and helpful, excellent services. Unfortunately the shower room is too narrow so that make us difficult to move and clean our body. But overall the hotel satisfied enough."
