"The first room I was sent to smelled like urine. The front desk staff were very accommodating and placed me in a new room, but there was no apology for the inconvenience or a "We'll have housekeeping check on that right away" kind of reaction. No towels in the fitness room, no water in the cooler. Carpet in my room was not very clean. Bathroom was not very clean. Not sure how this place got such a high rating from guests, but I won't be staying here again. AND I paid $160 for the room - insult to injury."

"The rooms were spacious with black.out curtains. Beds and pillows were comfy. The only thing I can complain about was the breakfast. I expected a little more, but it wasn't awful. I thought it would include biscuits and gravy. Very minor issue. I would definitely stay there again."

"Very nice clean room with comfortable bed and nice shower. Kitchenette was good with microwave and mini fridge, basic dishes. The owner was very easy to communicate with. Good location with Mary Jane’s restaurant bar next door had excellent food and nice atmosphere. My only small suggestion would be to put variable light switches so you could turn down the lighting at night. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again on my next trip to Perryville."
