"We really enjoyed our stay at this great hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided us with local tourism information. The rooms were comfortable with sounds of the nearby mountian waterfall. The balcony had two chairs to enjoy the fresh air (when other guests weren't smoking). Our breakfast was amazing with many choices of fresh offerings and great coffee. Overall, it was a calm and relaxing stay. We look forward to returning someday."

"Wonderful hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly. They assisted us since before we booked our stay (being from San Marino, we had issues with the Green Pass). The SPA is without a doubt one of the best I have seen. The location is also fantastic, just a short walk from the lift and train station. We will go back as soon as we can."

"This is a family run hotel. The husband and wife team will do anything you need to make your visit a pleasant one. I felt like I was part of an Italian family. When I told the owner I was vegan, he was worried that despite his huge complimentary breakfast spread, I wouldn't get enough to eat. There is wide variety of foods for every diet plan, even mine. "La struttura accetta animali, l'unica pecca di non essere stata avvisata in quanto dopo il check in abbiamo lasciato le nostre cose in camera e i due cani, al nostro ritorno l'abbiamo trovato chiuso con un semplice bigliettino sulla porta che diceva che avrebbe aperto più tardi.
