"This is my second time staying at this motel. Everything was great, check in went smoothly and quickly. The shower head is made for someone taller (I'm not that thin and felt like I had to run around in the shower to get wet) but otherwise the amenities were good for a motel. For some reason the road noise seemed really loud this time--might recommend bringing earplugs. Other than that, I'd definitely stay here again."

"We have stayed here several times as our son lives in Portland. This time was very different. Our room was cleaned one time in 6 days. Had to keep asking front desk for towels. When we td them what was going on they just oh. No apology or I will take care of it for you. Didn’t clean the next day after that conversation. I finally spoke to the manager on our last night there and she apologized. She said the least I can do is have someone empty your trash, that didn’t happen. I think it’s time to...

"A lovely stay. My room was very nice and I enjoyed the breakfast which, although busy, had lots of room to sit and eat. The General Manager was a really nice chap when I had a request about laundry, and Dan on the front desk was a dude, really friendly and helpful. The in-house Japanese bar-restaurant was also excellent. Highly recommend. The pool was fun and for Portland the area was nice enough, although to be honest I didn't feel particularly safe anywhere in that city."

"Room was very spacious and clean, staff were nice, the pool is nice but it’s too humid to the point me and my guests couldn’t stay in there longer than 10 minutes, the view in the suite was very pretty, it has good lighting all around and a nice little kitchen that comes with everything you would need to cook a meal, would for sure come back and get this same room, one of the only hotels with a suite that is worth the price!"

"Loved having a Starbucks & restaurant right off lobby. Didn’t need to go outside in the rain. Parking wasn’t bad on streets surrounding hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, & accommodating. Wish the room was a little more swept & wiped down though. Also would’ve loved a microwave in our room. Great shower & products. Comfortable beds."

"It had been years since I stayed here and wanted to revisit because of the location. While I didn't dislike the stay, a few things could and would have made it much better. Housekeeping missed quite a bit of details that would have made the stay more comfortable. My room was a bit dusty. The glasses/mugs weren't washed/cleaned properly. Apparently the room hadn't been vacuumed thoroughly since there were crumbs and clothing stands visible throughout. The biggest issue was the mold in the...

"Amazing property right on Division. We were in town to see a show at the Tomorrow Theatre across the street so location was 10/10. Easy access to the house/room and the continental breakfast spread was impressive. Would and will book again the next time we stay the night in Portland."

"We came to Portland for a concert at Moda Center. Hotel was in good location for taking the TriMet to concert venue. Valet was very helpful with directions & recommendations of good restaurants. Room itself was small & had a stale odor but was clean."
