This is the second time we have been to this location. The staff has been pleasent. The rooms are well maintained and the continental breakfast seems to be enjoyed by all. Great value!

My sisters and I enjoyed our stay. The family suite was comfortable and clean, plenty of towels and coffee lol and the pool was so warm! Like stepping into the perfect bath. Loved it. Highly recommend

I had a really disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was messy when I arrived—beds unmade, and the overall cleanliness was questionable. The TV didn’t work, and the remote was broken. If I weren’t only staying for one night, I would have checked out immediately. The breakfast was honestly scary—nothing looked fresh, and both the juice machine and coffee maker were out of order. Overall, it felt neglected and unhygienic. I would not stay here again.

Breakfast was just okay. Good enough for the kids. We were there on a weekday, weekends may be better? But, if you're a parent that has to go in the pool with your kids the water was great, so warm! For that reason alone, I'd stay here if we're in the area.

What you think your getting you don't due to pics

I booked a king suit with a king size pull out couch and king bed. King bed great no couch and my teenage daughter had to sleep on small cot because there was no pull out couch like advertised in line. Plus only 1 tv remote for 2 tvs. Had to have someone come connect main tv and replace the 1 remote because it would not stay together and get a 2nd remote for 2nd tv. Not much of choice for breakfast and only thing hot was when you mad a waffle

Check in was a pain as hotel.com didnt pay the hotel so i had to contact hotels.com to get the hotel paid The place was really c k ean and the staff were excellent Our room was a massive family suite with 3 real beds ! Not a sofa bed in site lol Breakfast was ok nothing special but good enough for the kids

Property and staff are always kind and generally helpful. Have stayed here for many years, however, this time, cleaning was left undone outside the rooms, TV remotes didn't work and elevator smelled like cigarette smoke despite it being illegal to smoke in buildings. Resolution of these issues was sporadic and the remotes never got fixed, they seemed to be missing people and worker shortages may be the ultimate cause of some of these issues. Will likely try again before switching to another place.

Once getting there I had to wait for at least 20 mins for the front desk personnel to finish checking me in, than once I was able to get to my room, housekeeping had me wait another 5/10 mins because they had to finish cleaning up, as I was walking to my room I notice the housekeeper was to busy talking to another employee.

Front Desk Staff

Front desk person at check in (Sat morning) was extremely rude and a complete jerk. Decorum prevents me from being more honest. Later in the day we dealt with a different person (after 6pm) and this person was the complete opposite. Helpful and very polite and considerate.

At checkin - hotel wanted to charge an extra $100 'deposit'. which was supposed to be returned after checkout. Since I never got a receipt, still trying to figure out what the total is. In the evening, it was very noisy. It quieted down later in the evening.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast Saturday morning was very disappointing. Barely any food at 8am. Was not kept stocked. No plates. Kids were very excited for the pool but it was freezing and not usable. I was also very surprised that my card was charged while checking in for the room deposit. Hoping that is refunded soon.

Not a good stay

The hotel was a bit outdated. There was a lot of noise (slamming doors etc.). The manager was a bit insulting to me on front of staff. The manager knocked on our door at almost midnight. When I opened the door the staff was walking away but stopped to say that I needed to pay for another night. I mistakenly booked the length of stay incorrectly but they could have told us multiple times during that day!! It times we were the only guests in the hotel!! I would not recommend this hotel.

Ac in room not working...staff attempted to fix without resolve...were stating would not get a full refund for 2nd night....eventually did with the assistance of expedias help. Staff not equipped to handle these situations. Kept trying to convince us roo. Was fine...but ac unit not working properly and would just shut off and never cool to set thermostat

Clean comfy and weird and loud.

Overall the hotel was clean and comfy. I checked in very late around midnight. No one at desk. Had to pick up phone to get someone to come out. (Maybe they lived in a room?) took a long time to check in. Once I got to room it was nice but be aware walls are paper thin. Can hear every noise. Everywhere. Tv did not work nor did heat/ac. Walked down to lobby. Had to call again. Guy came out told about heat ac and tv. He insisted on going into my room to look. ( not a huge fan of that) found out unit was unplugged. Dumb I know. No idea why tv didn’t work. Finally just wanted to go to bed. Next morning was awoken by neighbors slamming door over and over. The hallway smelled very funny and they seemed aware of this as there were airfreshners in hallway. I stay at a lot of hotels and not something you ever really see. To me it smelled like someone was living in a room. Breakfast was pancakes and cereal. Not that great. Overall clean place. Worked in an emergency for me but wouldn’t stay again.

My husband and i are retirees traveling with our handicapped granddaughter that has been with us since birth. The 1st morning we received a call from the desk accusing my husband of smoking in the room. He assured them he was not and would not ever do that. The next morning we get the same call. Once again my husband said he did not do this. There were 2 workers in the hallway that we invited into our room to ask if they could smell smoke. They both said they could not. During this time the manager showed up and said we have to leave. I was beyond my self with disbelief. Once again i invited him into our room and showed him our granddaughter who has a trach and can not be around cigarette smoke at all. I do not smoke but my husband does and he is very respectful about it. The knly thing i could come up with is smoke can linger on ur clothes for a few and maybe that was what he was smelling. He apologized and told us we could stay. 5 minutes later he called and said we had to leave because he received a complaint from a guest. I am 71 years old and never have i ever been asked to leave.
