B&B in Stewart County

"Rooms were nice, good size...a little beat up, but it's to be expected.Bed was super comfy! The AC was LOUD! The outlets are so loose, nothing stays plugged in! Breakfast was okay... it had cereal, oatmeal, bagels, muffins... the pancake maker was broken. Would have liked bigger cups for coffee, but it was good. I was a little disappointed that they didn't offer bottled water or coffee during the day or evenings. And that the vending machines weren't working (and not full) but they were waiting on the guy to fix it. Also, the detergent and fabric softener dispenser was out of order, which was difficult without having a store nearby. The gas station next door was convenient- a little sketchy for some. Employees were friendly. Overall, I would definitely stay here again... clean, comfortable and a great price!"

"The staff were wonderful, especially the manager with white hair. Our room was great with a well stocked kitchen area (stove top, large refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes, cookware, etc). It was very quiet. The mattress felt comfy and new with assorted pillows. The best thing was the amazing shower. The best shower head ever. The soaps were very nice. The room had lots of outlets which were very useful. The price was very reasonable and I felt an exceptional value. Now for the negative. I only have a couple of comments. The grounds looked tired and unappealing. There was a beat-up old junk vehicle parked at the front door which made me wonder. It was there for our entire stay. But when we entered the building it smelled fresh and clean. Things got a lot better. One other thing. I think the housekeeping manager held an employee meeting in the front lobby. Not very professional I felt but the place was very clean. I would definitely recommend this motel. "
