Terraced valleys welcome hikers to this Berber mountain village where locals serve tagine at riverside restaurants after your trek. Ask your guide about visiting the nearby Ourika Valley waterfalls where you can cool off in natural pools.
We had the most amazing stay at Les Jardines. The photos online don’t do this place justice. It’s a beautiful haven of tranquility set in a spectacular landscape with the call to prayer reasoning down the valley. We highly recommend a break here. On top of this the people were so kind and generous - we had a very special time that imprinted morroco in our hearts! Thank you.

Stunning property and lovely to be shown around by the team.
Room was gorgeous but bathroom very impractical. Flush didn't work well and shower water leaked over floor. Also a very cramped space. However you get a whole living space...maybe propertions not thought out.
Spa was fantastic although massage was mediocre, with poor communication from therapists about what was happening.
Dinner was nice and breakfast outside was gorgeous.
Didn't have time for outside pool but it looked great. A...

This was our first time to Morocco and after reading lots of articles and reviews, we decided to have a quiet holiday outside of Marrakesh. With my wife, two children and my Mother-in-law (who decided to come after we had already booked the room for 4) , we did not want our first experience of Morocco to be continual harrasment from jewelry men and henna ladies. After much research, we settled for the Top Hotel Ourika in the Ourika valley, on the way up...

It was a peaceful escape with stunning views of the Atlas mountains, friendly animals, cozy nature domes and specially the friendly staff.
The food was great too.
Only thing to consider is the commute from Marrakech. Booking a two way transfer ahead will help.

I came with my husband for honey moon, the staff were amazing they made up the room for us with flowers and nice decoration for our arrival, Sana was really nice and helpful, and all staff without exception.
The hotel was so clean the food amazing and it’s like home made.
It’s more advisable for romantic stay, very quiet and nice scenery from the balcony especially at night.
Also I would advise people to have their own car to be able to commute to Marakesh or go to nearby places as it’s a bit in...

I had a great stay at this riad. The guys running the place were really nice and very kindly told me not to worry when I had mistakenly taken my room key with me after my stay.
The riad is on top of a rather steep hill, which you can ride up to by donkey, though I had no issues getting there with a huge backpacker backpack.
The food was great and filling after a long day of hiking, and I imagine that the outdoor roof terrace would be unbelievable during the summer months to have breakfast...

this was such a special trip. Mr Abdul and his staff were spectacular, one of the memorable overnight trips of my life. In a short time, this small town left a huge impression on us
