"It was a dream to stay on this property. It has the most beautiful views of Florence. The property itself is so picturesque it didn’t feel real being there. I loved the dogs on the property. The entire staff was so welcoming and attentive, especially Sam who was amazing! Highly recommend staying here. There’s no other place like it. "

"We stayed on a family room for 4 (2adults + 2 kids above 10) and found the original room offered small for 2 extra beds as the second bed couldnt fit properly. We offered an upgrade to a better room were we could for in and we were very happy. It is a very nice hotel inside, very clean, good amenities, lovely spa/swimming pools (there is a fee to use), game rooms for kids. "vor 16 Jahren waren wir begeistert vom Personal von dieser tollen alten Villa. Leider ist nur noch "alt" geblieben. Wir fühlten uns nicht Willkommen. Nicht einmal ein Bongiorno, oder einen Blickkontakt waren wir dem Personal wert. Keine Dienstleistung freiwillig. Das Zimmer hätte eine dringende Renovation nötig. "
