"The room was very disappointing, mould around A/C vents, on doors and in the bathroom. Furnishings poor condition, sofa stained, chairs in poor condition, tv cabinet missing two doors? Waĺls grubby, finger marks and grime. Paint peeling in bathroom, kitchen cutlery/crockery etc missed matched, 2 forks 3plates 2 teaspoons etc. Bathroom very poor condition, dirty grout corrosion in shower screen, dirty glass and vanity. Not what you would expect from The Mantra???? If this is a " NORMAL" room, the place needs a refurbishment. Don't stay here!"

"My room was a bit old and dated, but I believe they are commencing renovations soon. I felt that the room was a little expensive for what it is. Car parking is undercover, safe and secure. Hotel is in a good location and is walking distance to the city and Southbank. I had a lovely breakfast in the restaurant."
