"the room itself was nice and clean which is important,, no coffee machine in room, and the coffee down in entrance area was some of the worst coffee I have had,, in addition no breakfast. I checked in late but before 10pm and there wasn't anyone at the front desk had to wait with another guess for ten minutes for someone to come. on top of that she asked for a drivers license and forgot to give back to me,, and didn't bring to my room or call to tell me that she had the license, the next day...

"You get what you pay for. The room was cheap, but the guy at the front desk had zero customer service skills. It took us a literal 30 minutes to get into the room after 3 trips back and forth with problems with the key, until he finally switched our room to another one. It was also dirty. The breakfast area had broken tables (like the marble tops were chipped enough you’d scrape your arm on them) and cracked leather seats, and the back of the booth next to us had stuff caked all over it. Lesson...
