Great views and quiet location. Comfortable communal areas, great walks around the surrounding forests and a wonderful spot to relax next to the lake. A short drive to Killington and all its attractions. Loved the cookies.

The manager of this Inn was very friendly and recommended a great bar in killington where I spent an enjoyable evening chatting to some equally pleasant people. I would have been happy to stay longer at the trailside inn.

Although a skiing village, it was a great place to stay during the summer with some fresh air and nice local restaurants.

Everything was perfect

New property, everything works. The rooms have kitchens including hobs but no pots, pans, plates or cutlery so it seems a waste. Best if you have a car as nothing is walkable. We were on bicycles.

Very friendly staff, great facilities and quality food

I have stayed here before but this time we got upgraded due to the lift being out of order and my hubby is disabled so we got a suite on floor 3 the entrance floor. It was stunning either way a massive jacuzzi bath in the bedroom and a great sized bathroom with large shower. Also had a kitchen and living room with views over Killington. Lovely hotel would recommend.

I always thought motels were rather unpleasant and distasteful - well, I could not have been any more mistaken! My partner and I absolutely loved this motel; it was conveniently located, the surroundings were gorgeous and our room was one you would expect to find in a proper nice hotel. This hotel is like a paradise set in the Green Mountains - it has the most amazing backdrop for a relaxing holiday. The facilities - swimming pool and gym - are amazing and the staff were ever so friendly and helpful. The views from the pool and the balconies are tremendous and the atmosphere is very relaxed. The standard of cleanliness was excellent and the room had everything we needed with very comfortable beds and excellent Wi-Fi. Will most definitely be back ( would live there if I could).

Best hotel in Rutland. Breakfast was good. Staff were good. Room was very good. Features like self-serve laundry and a pool are token amenities but appreciated. The hotel was recently renovated and it shows. The hotel is right next to a retail plaza with a decent restaurant and big supermarket, and is very easy to drive in and out of to access the area.
