Good Location, comfortable beds, friendly staff
The hotel is in a good location on Sveavagen, one of the main roads in Stockholm. The Old Town and Central station are about a 20 minute walk. There are a number of shops, bars and restaurants and a metro station nearby. Staff were friendly and helpul and there was a good buffet breakfast every morning. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Some of the rooms are a but small, and some of the floors are below ground, with no windows which may not be attractive for everybody.

They moved me to a much bigger room due to me wanting ac..I was upgraded to apartment with no extra fees.. The staff , housekeepung ,food was absplutely wonderful. I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN!!!!!

Staff very helpful in what bus or subway should be used. They allowed us to sleep after our arrival & updated our room to one with a kitchen-net. Breakfasts were awesome, & all staff friendly & helpful. We will definitely stay here again when in Stockholm!

The hotel room we were given was extremely small, probably about 20 square feet with no window! If you open up the sofa bed, there is absolutely no room for luggage. The reception area is very unwelcoming; we missed it twice thinking it was a bar not a reception area. The staff member was too new to welcome guests. And you have to walk through the kitchen and towel area to get to the rooms. Fortunately they refunded us and we seek lodging somewhere else.

The staff was very friendly and helpful especially with public transportation. I would stay there again as it is so close to public transportation, great restaurants. Plus tje breakfast buffet is very good.

Too hot in room but good location
Great staff and clean room and good breakfast. Only criticism was that the rooms were so so hot to sleep in. Wecwere underground so no wi dow to open to tey to rectify temp and no english instructions to advise if alternate control available

The room was way too small, no closet space, no windows, no desk, no place to work on computer stuff, breakfast room was cramp and not COVID safe. The elevator was the only way to reach rooms (stairs were all blocked).

Think twice before booking
I had a "soundproofed" room just under the restaurant on the 2nd floor (which is in the basement). Couldn't really relax because of ongoing noise from upstairs. Also some random 'compressor'/'machine' went on a few times during the nights. Terrible noise and indeed woke up to that. Unfortunately the breakfast service didn't deliver on the 1st morning during my stay. Went 40min before closing but nothing was really left: no bread, no yoghurt - nothing.

Comfortable stay in Stockholm center
Although room was very compact and without windows our stay was comfortable. Romm was clean an recently renovated. Breakfast was very good. Location is very good - close to Odenplan train station

Get what you pay for. Nothing special but not bad. Main thing was amount of noise at night having room next to restaurant and lifts. Very hard to sleep. But then I didn't complain so maybe they would have moved me. Nice staff easy cheap stay.

Comfortable and great location
I had a really nice night here. I chose this hotel because of the great location. Really central and loads of restaurants, bars and shops around. It took about 7 mins to get from the hotel to my train at central station (on the metro, just outside). The room had no windows but I personally like that as I sleep so well. The room was compact but practically designed and sparking clean - think this hotel is brand new. I found the bed incredibly comfortable and I slept so late I made breakfast by one minute. I will be a repeat guest because the location is perfect for me.

Cozy hotel in central Stockholm

Hej Tony! The TVs in our hotel are not smart TVs. However they are equipped with a Chrome Cast so that you can stream Netflix, Via-play and Youtube etc. from your phone, computer or tablet :) Best wishes

Great location and the room is in good shape. Tune room is smaller than expected but has all the necessities. Check in was very easy and staff is accommodating.

Efficient one night stay
Needed a last-minute one-night stay. Check-in was super efficient. The room was very small, but had everything we needed. Wouldn't have been much room to move if we had any large luggage though. Bathroom was clean and efficiently laid out. Everything was new and clean. Our room was below the main level and thus only had a tiny window to light in some light.

Nice short 1 night stay
Staff were friendly and room was nice. I was able to check in early as my room was ready when I arrived (almost 2 hours before normal check in). Good value for money, good location and very quiet even if it is very close to the city centre and I was able to get a very good night's sleep. Some rooms are windowless so do check the type of room you book. Even if windowless they are of good quality. They have nice common lounges were you can hang out if you booked a windowless room like I did. The lounges are equipped with free coffee, tea and water.
