It was easy access to the city by tram, which is about a few minutes walk from this place. The staff were nice and the hotel room was clean and spacious. I will say that the check-in process could have been a lot better—my friend was really sick but they wouldn’t let us check in so we had to wait around for 6-7 hours. I normally don’t mind but in this circumstance a bit of leniency would’ve been great. Either way, we had a good time.

Wir haben als Familie mit einem 6 Monate alten Baby ein barrierefreies Zimmer mit viel Platz und kostenlos ein Beistellbett erhalten. Das Apartment war gut ausgestattet, aber die Möbel sind schon in die Jahre gekommen und zeigen einige Gebrauchsspuren auf. Die Schubladen in der Küche gingen zum Beispiel nicht richtig zu. Der Boden war leider nicht sauber, überall lagen noch Haare und Krümel rum, was ich mit einem krabbelnden Baby ärgerlich fand. Ansonsten war aber alles gut, die Lage ist super, das Personal sehr freundlich, die Frühstückstüten sehr reichhaltig und die Betten bequem.

These apartments are located little bit out of city center, but they are very well connected with public transportation. The area felt more like residential area, it was full of small restaurants, and two super markets (Lidl and Coop) are just around the corner. Apartments are well equipped, and the stuff at reception was super helpful. Overall pretty good value for the money.

Room was small for 3 adults sharing. Lots of little things that were disappointing or not as described. E.g. no microwave, lack of towels, largest towel are small. Ironing board wouldn’t stay up, bathroom sink didn’t hold the water, part of the ceiling in the main room was hanging down and part of the wall near kitchen sink needed repairing, no complimentary drink facilities in the room.

Das Bild vom Badezimmer hätte etwas besser sein sollen es ist ein Badezimmer bzw. das ganze Zimmer ist ein Rollstuhl gerechtes Zimmer aber eben halt super geräumig. Keine Angst es gibt noch mehre von diesen Zimmern.

The room is well equipped and comfortable. Some kitchen stuff could be cleaner, but in general we were satisfied from the service provided. The reception is always open and the staff is friendly. You can buy a cup of coffee in the morning, if you dont want to book the breakfast. We found it convenient for 20SEK and tasting good. The only real negative point is the absence of a manual control for the temperature in the room: although outside it was around 3⁰C, inside the temperature was far too high for a good sleep. The worst point was the air humidity totally missing, which is drying the airways at night and making the sleeping uncomfortable (my noise was also bleeding because of this). Consider I'm also a "cold sensitive person" and this was way too hot also for me.

Jeg synes dere burde ryddet og kostet rundt hotellet. Langs hotellveggen på parkeringen så er det over 100 sigarettsneiper langs veggen. Langs trappen/trottoaret mot VW garasjen, så er det veldig mye søppel og flasker etter sniffing.

The Fire alarm sounded Monday evening around 23.30 for more than 30 minutes. No communication from the staff and a lot of confusion for the whole hotel. You should really establish a speaker on each floor so staff can explain to guest what is going on. The elevators wese still working, and used by some guest, which is a BIG no-no if there would be a fire.
