"Where shall i start we booked for 2 nights as it was our 48th Wedding Anniversary as soon as we got to reception the attitude of the 2 young lads was awful no welcome to the Hotel nothing we went into the Bar as we were a little early trouble was no pulled beers available they made us feel as if we should not be there when they took us to our room 2 single beds pushed together we had booked a double anyway we left it at that unpacked sort of wife went to put the tv on just to check no signal so i asked one of the young lads if they would come and sort it out his attitude when he came was awful got the remote tried nothing then he got you tube and said you will have to watch that and left nothing else then that decided to pack up wife went to reception and asked again told her someone will be down soon well guess what nobody showed up so that was NO pulled ales NO food No Heating we asked for extra duvet and was told they couldnt supply any we are pensioners and was freezing all night.so we decided to go the next morning and forgo the 2nd day as we were checking out another customer was complaining about all the same issues that we were so my advice to anyone please do not this so called Hotel."

"Male Spa staff came across bored and unenthusiastic to the point of an inconvenience to ask questions until we went back later and the standards dropped even lower with the female member struggling to form words and pointing when asked where the jacuzzi was and how the lockers worked"

"Good location but very expensive for the quality of the hotel. Bathrooms are mouldy and rooms are generally poorly maintained. There is no ventilation in the rooms so you end up needing to open the window. It’s also very humid inside the room when it rains."

"This hotel bears no resemblance to the images. The restaurant is closed and the bar poorly stocked I was recommended to go out. The only food offering was Mini Cheddars. The room's TV did not work, and it was not clean. Part used complimentary shower gel was available however. The door handle to the room came off in my hand. Parking was complimentary but there were no signs to indicate this so I parted with £12 before finding out. Yes, this hotel is cheap, but unless you are desperate, I would avoid. Not clean, noisy in poor condition and no amenities. I will not be back"
