Great hotel close to the hall if you’re staying for an event. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Nice touch being allowed late check out as no one else was booked in the room that day. Would stay again

Overall I was really impressed and I’d definitely stay again. Beds comfy and clean.

Had a lovely nights stay - very comfortable bed, lovely size room with everything we could want. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, fresh fruits and lots of biscuit in the room which was extremely clean. Had a great welcoming from the owners on arrival with freshly baked flap jacks and lots of local knowledge shared. A book regarding the building was also an interesting read. We had breakfast (optional) which consisted of lots cold options, fresh fruits, juices cereals etc. Then a full range for any...

Good value for money

Lovely welcome from the team on arrival. The room on the top floor was great, comfy bed, good sized room, fridge with fresh milk provided. Really tasty breakfast, available until 12pm which was a nice touch. Friendly place, nice bar and outside area

Lovely stay

A lovely B&B, well equipped, great room,. lovely service and spot on breakfast

Have stayed here before; it's convenient for a business location. Thought this stay was better than previous occasions, the staff put a lot of effort into service under the COVID restrictions, I felt comfortable and safe. Had evening meal and breakfast, the food was first class.

Exactly what we wanted.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Really good stay all round. Staff were lovely, food was lovely and everything was spot on. The rooms are a little dated but very well maintained. For what you pay, you really can’t complain. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed here for one night in Room 5 (I think) As I was driving back from a festival in Dorset, I kept in touch with the hotel staff about my arrival and all was fine when I arrived about 7pm. There’s no private parking. Street parking only, but at least it was right in front of the house and free. The owner showed me around the B&B, the bedroom and the separate shared bathroom. The guest house has a cosy homely feel, is clean and comfortable throughout. I had also asked for breakfast, so the...

We stayed at this hotel for a night stay ready for our polar express day at the nearby churnet railway station, we had an absolutely lovely time at this hotel friendly and helpful staff, the hotel is absolutely lovely and the rooms are clean and tidy and very comfortable. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and the service was brilliant. Parking onsite was great and at only £5 Charge was really good, it's just nice to have a hotel that actually has parking facilities. The pool area was great the...

2nd visit and was as expected , located in the town near bars and restaurants, friendly service, great breakfast and decent bar

It was very fantastic, I have known kevin since i started my shifts in stoke-on-trent. Very Gentlemen and warm as always. the room is very clean and very large as I didn't expect it. (the room I reserved) room was so warm and bed is new, I should say all is new from floor to ceiling. I am definitely giving them 10/10 for my stay. and will be booking for more after my first stay. _-S.Usman
