"First room they gave us was under construction. Second room was fine but humid and warm. Reservation said it included breakfast but no breakfast was available and no compensation was given. Hotel said it was Expedia’s fault and Expedia said it was hotel’s fault. Sounds pretty convenient for those companies but not for the customer. Very frustrating."

"The (cigarette) smoke smell throughout the hotel was offensive to me. The tiny bathroom (in our room) was in disrepair. Hole in tub/shower unit, stains on ceiling above (including mold) from previous leak. And, the toilet would suit a 5 year old - very short. Continental breakfast fairly minimal, though coffee was available. (Thank you) Staff was friendly"
