"Clean room and staff was great. "

"The room was on the 4th floor. The temp controls were worthless. When I was able to get the air conditioning or fan to work it stopped within 10 minutes when I wasn’t moving. The temperature never changed. The room was stuffy the whole time. I was able to crack the window but that didn’t move the air. I will never stay there again. "

"Make long story short. I stayed at The Hilton for 2 nights. My room temperature was between 81 to 78 F whole time. Because it’s old buildings. They switched back to AC from Heat during heatwave in NY. They asked me to open the window, however it designed to open about 2-3 inches. They told me that they will find an electrical fan, never happen. We all have known the heatwave came from news sauces. It came three days before the day I checked in. But Hilton switched back to AC the day I checked in. I don’t know why they didn’t start turning on AC before the heatwave came. Not only my room but also whole building and guest rooms were hot. I was not very happy to work in my room and I had sweat all the time. Technicians are working hard for maintenance, and thy honesty told me that room temperature will not go down under 77 degrees for 4-5 days. I would like to make a complaint to management office. ."

"First walking in we noticed a stack of mattresses about 10 ft High in the parking lot. walking in you couldn't help but notice the rugs were dirty, they had stains everywhere. The room was bare nothing pretty or inviting about it! The TV sucked. The reception was terrible and you could only watch one or two channels. The faucet in the bathtub ran even when you turned on the shower so the shower was weak. The hot and cold handle was backwards! And it took me forever to figure out how to get the water hot. The next morning we went to take advantage of their continental breakfast and there was no protein, just Bagels toast and Dry Cereal and something that barely passed for coffee not to mention being greeted by another stack of mattresses in the dining area !!!. I chose this hotel because it was pet friendly but the first day I left my dog in the room to go out I received a call that he was barking and disturbing the other guests however they were working in the hotel, renovating I imagine, making plenty of their own noise."
