"Staff were great!!! Room was clean. My problem was they need to be clear on some things. Breakfast included and shuttle service. When I book the room they said shuttle provided but didn't say it was 25 dollars per person!!!!"

"Absolutely would not recommend this property. The pictures online show an outdoor and indoor pool area. The outdoor pool was not functional and large empty pool when you pull in. The security was my biggest concern. After checking in, I was told to enter through the back of building as that was closest to my assigned room. I have a 5 year old kid who got sick just in a night. We were in room from 10pm to next day 7am only. No breakfast at all. But they mentioned it on the website. It’s horrible experience for us. "The absolute worst. If I could give negative stars I would. We showed up and the place looked like it was about to be condemned. Then, we checked the room out and it was so damp and musty we refused it. Kindly, we were offered another room which was just as bad. We refused it as my wife has terrible allergies to mold and the like. We explained this to the property manager and he refused any sort of refund.
