"This staff was very friendly. The room smelled very musty and damp, the carpet felt and looked dirty when you walked on it. The lotion bottle was empty, so no one ever checked it or replaced it from the last guest. GROSS! We didn't partake in the breakfast because it didn't look appetizing."

"The room was as good as the ones in luxury hotels, but I walk with a rollator and it would not fit in the bathroom. The buildings are from 1950 and 1970 and are odd and dated seeming, but interesting in a way. The place is not ADA compliant by any means, and we are handicap, but we managed. The view from the room was wonderful, although with a huge casino in the center of it."

"The room was a nice size. The bathroom had some small square tiles out of their spaces. But everything worked. Breakfast opened later than the posted time. It was the same as all other continental breakfast. Small muffins, coffee, cereal, bagels, cream cheese in a container for everyone to use, OJ, milk, and granola bars."

"The property is maintained well. The room was spacious and clean. Having a good size mini fridge, microwave and table with chairs was very much appreciated. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The outdoor pool was awesome. Area was very peaceful. We went bowling nearby and had an amazing time. A bit too far from Sight and Sound theater which was the reason for our trip but it was our decision to book there."

"The place was ok. The breakfast wasn’t that great. In the room, could not turn the thermostat below 68. And if it was cold and I turned it up a notch it activated heat. So that was problematic. The elevators are really slow."

"It seems like they are really trying. The lobby staff were so warm and welcoming and the room was nice but the bathroom was really not clean. I appreciated the key to get into the room so there aren't random people with access to the room. Everything was as expected for this hotel except the bathroom and shower."

"Needs new sheet , pillows had hair very unclean. Very uncomfortable, room had a terrible smell . Very poor condition and quality."
