"Staying at Lagrange Apart Hotel Strasbourg was an excellent experience from the moment we arrived. It's a short walk from the Gare Centrale - making it a dream location for a short stay in Strasbourg. Reception staff are attentive, well informed, supportive and very kind. We had lovely chats with each of the reception staff and also the cleaning staff who are brilliant. Our room is spacious, quiet, well equipped room. "The room was clean. The parking request was a little complicated. I requested parking in advance but no answer. I had to call the hotel and they told me there was no parking available. When I was checking in they told me there was, so I went out to move the car. On the check out day the elevator broke and we had to carry all our stuff from the third floor ourselves. At the desk they helped me to bring the stuff up until the parking not even to the car which was not far away."

"I was in Strasbourg for one night for a concert and this hotel was cheap and both close to the concert venue and the train station. The staff were friendly and it was easy to check in. However the hotel is in need of renovation and upgrading. It is very hold and sad looking and my room was extremely depressing. Tolerable for one night but not more than that."
