"I want to start off by saying that my stay was great, and I will stay here again! This is in the perfect spot, and the priceyyy is great. The hotel could use some updating, but it had a good bed, and hot shower. We got in late and left early. I never saw the staff, but they facilitated our late check in, and I had no problems."

"I just wish there was air conditioning at this location. It was hot in the evenings and the windows were wide open but we still had trouble sleeping. It is a beautiful place and a hidden gem but really needs air conditioning. We also unclogged two toilets when we first got there....not sure what that was about but it was not an issue as we stayed. There is a really good restaurant close to this place ...Burr Trail. Would have been nice to know that this is really remote and you should bring everything you want to eat and drink in. We wanted to get ice cream for the pies that we got at Captital Reef Park and it was 15.00 for a half gallon at the local grocery store....everything was extremely expensive there."

"Beautiful views and a very spacious home that comfortably fit our group of 12. We absolutely loved the ranch atmosphere—it made the stay feel peaceful and unique. One of our favorite parts was watching the mares and foals right outside in the pasture. Such a special experience"
