Experience was average 1. Breakfast menu compared to price was not that great 2. Room should had some provision for coffee machine/ coffee tea pouch ,min refrigerator was not available 3. Room should been made up reguarly, request based changing the towels to maintain eco friendliness was well understood 4. Also provision for central Kitchen would have been added advantage as option to have food close by limited

Stay Elsewhere!! - really poor staff

Beyond poor experience from this hotel. We stay here fairly often with work but will be going elsewhere in the future. colleagues were given key cards to different guests rooms with no apology or urgency to change when they went to reception to change. takes ages to check in general rudeness and no attention to detail paid from staff And to top it off we chose the reserve now and pay later option at the hotel. the lady on reception told me that it'll come off of my account? i'm now getting emails as to why i didnt pay at the property when i left! as i booked 6 rooms for colleagues i have now been left with a massive bill when in the past we paid it seperately. general incompetence from the staff. very poor the gym was shocking as well

Was excited to stay here after a day at the Porsche Museum and the Steakhouse next door… First off they put me in an economy room when we paid for a Superior, they even teased us with the superior by showing it to us and then dumped us in the most basic room I’ve seen. Two of the legs on the bed were already broken and I’m amazed it didn’t collapse.. Went to reception to ask for extra pillows and was told there’s none available, the pillows in the room were horrific !! The staff and security obviously didn’t realise that although I am Welsh I can speak German and they called me rude names, thinking I wouldn’t understand !! Very rude, unhelpful and the room was terrible… Ruined the end of what was a good day. I travel to the area regularly with my job role, I will never use this hotel again and will make sure any of my clients or work colleagues avoid it as well

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war genial. Auch die Schlafcouch als 3. Schlafmöglichkeit war überraschenderweise super bequem. Das Frühstück war durchschnittlich, aber das Kaffee und der Kakao waren leider komplett unterirdisch und nicht genießbar. Schade.

Sauberkeit müsste besser sein. Hatte nur ein Economy Zimmer, trotzdem sollte es sauber sein. Zimmertür innen mit zahlreichen Fingerabdrücken und Schmierstreifen. Im Bad auf dem Boden noch Urinflecken vom Vorgänger, irgendwelche komischen Spritzer an den Wänden. Abfluss roch muffig, Abdeckung von der Klimaanlage hing halb aus der Decke. Kein Kühlschrank, kein Wasser, kein Wasserkocher oder ähnliches auf dem Zimmer. Angebuffte Möbel aus den 80ern. WLAN eine Katastrophe. Das einzige Highlight ist das Steakhouse, wo man wirklich lecker essen kann und nett bedient wird.

Direkt im Hotel gibt es ein hevorragendes Steakhaus. Absolut zu empfehlen. Top Esssen, Top Service. Hotel war wie beschrieben, einfach, sauber und super nette Angestellte. Hatte ein kleines Problem mit einem Taxi und mir wurde direkt geholfen. Immer ein Lächlen und stet freundlich. Für mich das perfekt Hotel. Ich wusste aber auch, dass die Gegend eher ein Industriegebiet ist. Das Hotel ist eine absolute Empfehlung, würde ich wieder buchen.

Ich habe das in dem Hotel gefunden, was ich gesucht habe, nämlich Ruhe. Mein Hund war willkommen und ich musste für ihn keine Gebühr bezahlen. Das Personal war freundlich. Die Atmosphäre im Hotel hat mir sehr gefallen, das Zimmer war ok, auch wenn die Vorhänge herunterhingen, das Mobiliar sehr veraltet war und auf dem Sessel Flecken waren. Es war sonst aber alles sauber.
