"The epitome of Asian hospitality, the staff were genuinely friendly and took pride in their work. They accommodated my requests, rooms were clean and beds were comfy and cosy. I had booked some spa treatments and they accommodated my request to have my elderly mother sit in the treatment room with me as she has dementia and cannot be on her own. If I ever visit Chiang Mai again I will definitely stay there. "

"The place was spotless and very Thai-like with a very welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Staff was amazing and very accommodating! Free water, shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothbrush kit and free shuttle. The pool area was very nice! Location was superb. Two minutes drive to airport and 2 minutes walk to one of the biggest shopping centres in Chaing Mai. I will definitely stay again! "
