"Great staff, clean room"

"Everything was great, just a note on the breakfast, if you are a low carb diet plan, there is not much to choose from."

"We had an extremely early flight at the airport across the street from the hotel so we stayed one night only. The room was clean and comfortable and the front desk staff were friendly and explained the hotel amenities (e.g., breakfast, coffee) very well. It is not a luxury hotel but it is a nice place to stay if you are flying one of the first flights out in the AM."

"The Bay Motel was a unique surprise. My wife and I were looking for something simple and affordable to simply sleep while we were visiting our daughter...what a Gem. The staff was friendly and warm, the room was spacious, and the bed was outstanding. When we travel as a we seldom eat in the hotel restaurant, the coupons we received at check-in convinced us to give it a try...we were blown away by the speed, attentiveness of our server,, and the fresh meal we received. Affordable. Welcoming....

"We were traveling through and picked a budget hotel. The room was huge, 2 doubles (not queens) and a pull out. Room is very dated but that was expected. Typical breakfast layout with cereal, toast yogurt coffee waffle maker and eggs from a box. Also had biscuits and gravy. Room clearly was smoked in or had animals in the past as my allergies were awful through the night. But overall what we exprected"

"The worst experience I’ve ever had! When I arrived, I was informed that I needed to pay a deposit even though I had already paid for the room upfront. To make matters worse, the credit card machine was malfunctioning, and it was already 11 pm. I needed to find an ATM, but the nearest one was miles away, that actually worked. The first room I was given reeked, and the bed mattress made a loud noise every time I moved. I complained about the room, and I was moved to the room next door. As soon...

"New, clean rooms. Quiet. The breakfast room was a bit messy, with overflowing trash. Probably working through the kinks."

"The property was recently updated and it was very good! We went to a Luke Combs concert at Lambeau so this property was very convenient to get to and from the stadium."

"I wish the room were a bit more spacious but for what it was it was great. The breakfast was very nice and had different options daily. The staff was great. Only thing I didn't like was our room key was deactivated 2 times which was a bit inconvenient but was sorted out almost immediately so no big deal."

"I never got to check in. The door to office was open but staff was nonexistent. I rang the bell several times. I called the motel from my cell several times all to no avail. It will become a problem if I end up paying for the stay that didn't happen."
