"The staff told me the music would stop at 11pm but it didn't stop until 1am. They were dishonest about the noise and i would have stayed somewhere else if they were truthful. The music was so loud sleeping was impossible even with earplugs. If you want to rest stay elsewhere."

The manager was friendly and interacted with the guests and the rest of the staff also gave excellent service. Highly recommend it to anyone who is visiting Huacachina. "

"The staff was courteous and helpful but the water wasn’t really hot in the shower, there are no screens on the windows, there was loud music from the restaurant I had to request to be turned down, there were leaves and a dead bug in the shower. It was just a lot to pay for not what I would expect."
