"Gorgeous hotel with details fitting the local mountaineer aesthetic, perfect location right by but not on Kropowki street, about half way from the top to Gubałówka, amazing breakfast and gorgeous Spa with a steam room, dry, wet, salt wall and birch saunas, 2 outdoor hot tubs and one of the prettiest hotel pools I have ever seen. I wish, they’d close the Spa a bit later, as if you are in Zakopane for only a short time, getting there before 9pm is tough and it closes at 10. We were many guests,...

"The hotel location is beautiful and from the outside looks beautiful. Very poor sound proof rooms. Can hear the slightest sound from the next room. We were literally whispering to each other. One good thing noticed was free and safe parking. "

"Nous avons dû changer de chambre dû à un lavabo qui était bloquer, mais par la suite on nous a donner une chambre bien correct. A l'arriver le personnel n'est pas trop souriant mais cela faut pas s'en faire. Les déjeuner sont très bon."

"I loved the location of the hotel. It was a walking distance to downtown and other landmarks, including Kasprowy gondola. The hotel has a nice buffet restaurant and the swimming pool. Staff was very friendly and clean rooms."

"Rooms were large with great furnishings. My room had kitchenette and fairly large balcony. Breakfast had large selection of breakfast goodies and even offred cook to order items on some days. Extra perk, mini bar in the room was complimentary and replanished daily. Staff was excellent and made this tourist feel special. "

"This was a really nice place with spectacular view from the balcony. The only 2 pain points were parking in the garage was very tight and no AC in room . We were there in end of August and the room was very hot … difficult go fall asleep. The option to open window was there but a lot of mosquitoes and bugs"
