Kodey got us checked in and even tried to help get my co worker into a handicap accessible room, which we very much appreciated. The hotel needs to be refreshed. You can tell the pipeliners have used and abused it. My room had staples in the walls and ceilings from blocking the room off with plastic, probably from a previous leak. There was a thermostat on the wall but it didn't control anything. The room was clean overall though. My only real complaint is that we were both charged $5.51 for a parking fee that was not included or disclosed by expedia and was never disclosed by double tree at check in or check out. Still waiting for these charges to fall off after calling the hotel and them agreeing to reverse the charges.
