"Very disgusted in the state of our room/ property. There were huge stains on the sofa in the common area. There were large holes 8-10” in the blinds from sun rot, stains on the ceiling and the room showed a lot of wear with nicks and gouges in the wood. We shared a bathroom but the towels were left in the bathroom and there were no washcloths and only 2 hand towels for 4 rooms.
This was a BED and BREAKFAST but the host asked us to pay $40 extra for breakfast. He said it was only included in...

"Upon our 8 pm arrival, we were notified we had to be moved to another hotel due to “maintenance issues.” No call ahead and then waited 30 min to be moved to another hotel, in a crap room, with no breakfast voucher nor parking. I have stayed at this Drury a couple of times as well as in Milwaukee & Chicago. It’s one of my favorite places to stay and this was so off-putting especially after a long day. Do better."

It is an excellent place to stay for events at the Grand Casino Arena. Once the construction is completed on the street it will be even better."

"Overall the stay was good. Nothing fancy but adequate for 5 people IF the pullout couch wasn’t broken. When I asked the staff they told me they knew it was broken but didn’t have another room to put me in. I guess they were hoping we wouldn’t use it?? They did bring a twin size rollaway bed when I asked tho. The breakfast food selection was great and kids loved making waffles. The oatmeal was fine the first couple days then was like soup the remainder of the days. The water pressure in the...

"The room that was assigned to me when I checked in, was already reserved by someone else, When I unlocked the door and walked in I noticed someone else’s luggage in the room. Thank goodness no one was in there. The situation could have been dangerous or at the very least, very embarrassing. I immediately reported this to the front desk attendant, and she of course assigned me to a different room, but she did little in the way of apologizing."
