"The shower water pressure was very weak, so it took me almost an hour to shower. The body wash dispenser was empty, and the coffee was not refilled after housekeeping. The bed was also uncomfortable. The bedding was not cotton and felt rough and scratchy, making it difficult for me to sleep."

"Rooms are not very clean. Build up of dirt and grime under the sink where the kitchen garbage can is and inside all the cupboards. What appeared to be dried boogers were on the curtains and walls in various spots in the room. Paper straw spit wads visible on the ceiling. Refrigerator did not work. Discovered that the GFCI outlet had tripped in the kitchen area on night 2 of our stay and then the fridge finally worked."

I called the property prior to booking to inquire about the shuttle details & timings but the staff did not disclose any fees. The information on Expedia lists it as a, ‘surcharge’, but not the exact amount.
