"スタッフの男性が　凄く丁寧で素敵でした。 お料理は　懐石料理にしましたが、味も最高でした。 色々な温泉に行きますが、何といっても　紫尾温泉は最高　ヌルヌルの美人の湯　どこの温泉にも負けないですね。"

Better signage for the breakfast location would have been helpful. "

"部屋も設備もスタッフも全てが良かった。 軽食も美味しかった。目の前に無料で駐車でき、荷物はすぐに部屋に運べるためビルより便利。 ベッドは寝心地が良く、ぐっすり寝られた。 強風で部屋が少し揺れたがほぼ気にならない。 スタッフは親切。悪いところが見つからない。 "

"大浴場が利用中止、トイレの便座が死ぬほど冷たい、部屋の灯りがめちゃくちゃ暗い、禁煙ルームのはずなのにタバコ臭い、鹿児島県知事が来る地元の宴会が入っているからと危うく駐車場が無くなるところだった。朝食のご飯は食べ放題だったが、冷えてたのはなぜ？"
