Went to Sundsvall for a family reunion and the hotel was in the perfect location downtown. Breakfast was awesome and the staff was excellent. I heard spa was nice but never made it there. Self Parking was easy. I would definitely stay there again.

Sköna sängar, bra städning, jättetrevlig och hjälpsam personal (som kanske kunde bli litet bättre på kännedom om Sundsvall och var man hittar bra restauranger, men annars väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma) Temperaturregleringen på rummet var i princip obrukbar. Spa-avdelningen behöver ett större aggregat till den stora bastun och mer stenar i aggregatet (värmeslingorna i aggregatet ska inte synas). Annars litet men mysigt.
