"the room wasn't clean. very poor customer service. especially in the bar areas. and a very rude bartender. that chose to argue with a customer. and decide too talk too. his coworkers in regards of a customer. and I won't ever book there again. and there was a maggot found in clean supposedly clean towels. and this was supposed too be a five star hotel. not at all is what it was. "

"Room was great bathroom door didn’t close properly, I grabbed a mug to drink out of there was coffee that’s wasn’t cleaned properly off the cup. Overall great stay "
