Hotel dekat Sunset Beach

"Good central location with plenty of free parking. Room was sparkling clean, bed so comfortable we were sad to only be staying one night. Valerie at front desk was kind enough to check to see if room ready prior to check-in so we could check-in a bit earlier. It was and when we arrived, Valerie was quick and efficient getting us checked in. Unfortunately, we didn't find the breakfast as wonderful as other reviewers. Eggs were all gone when we got to breakfast at 8:15. Asked for more but...

"In fairness, they were undergoing maintenance during my stay. But my rankings were based on the property minus outside of the maintenance disruptions. The room had carpet stains. The walls were chips and scuffed. The furniture was worn and stained. The air conditioning was in poor working order. The smoke detector randomly beeped three different times in the night, waking me up. The bed was nice, clean and comfortable, I was well pleased. But that was the only element of the room that was good....

"Very nice gym Bathroom was tiny. Toilet must have come from an elementary school! Seriously that small and low to the floor. I’m 6’1” and 280. Ridiculous! Breakfast not included. As advertised but still annoying these days where often some fairly acceptable food is provided"

"Booked this property on line because it advertised a hot tub. After a long day of travel we were looking forward to unwinding in the hot tub. Upon check in, it was determined the hot tub was unavailable. It was non refundable. Wish there was a way that amenities could be updated as advertised "

"My wife has a disability. We got to the hotel and were assigned a room on the 2nd floor! There is no elevator! There are steps down to the first floor/front desk and a whole flight of stars up to second floor! The door to the lobby soes not have handicap access. The whole place does not meet ADA legal standards. The clerk eventually said he would just cancel it after trying to give us unacceptable choices. We never agreed to any room. We looked at our credit card balance later and saw there...

"My room on the 3rd floor next to the elevator was very quiet and clean. The only mark against this room was that the smoke detector was laying on the dresser and not attached to the wiring on the ceiling. Notified the front desk when I checked out and she just shrugged it off as no big deal."
