"Quiet room in a beautiful hotel along the river. Off the beaten path but easy access to a river walkway. Near a coffee shop and restaurant."

"Great stay for me and my teen as we tour colleges. Quiet, comfy bed, courteous staff. The pool is small but clean and good temp for a morning swim before we hit the road again. Would stay here again!"

"We checked in and immediately found a needle (things drugs) and a pacifier in the middle of the floor. The employee offered to give us a free night some other time. I’ll lever go back to this hotel. It’s full of rude people that obviously live there. Pathetic. We had such a great experience the first time we stayed here. This last time was so disappointing. Go anywhere else. The hot tub in our room was amazing, that’s the only good thing I have to say about this place."

"I appreciated the price provided through Expedia, however; I asked for a one hour extension of my room so I didn't have to be at airport so early the day of check out. The staff said it would cost me an additional $50 (half the price of the one night stay I benefited via Expedia)so I opted to go to airport the extra hour...it would have been more fair at $25."

"We were in town for a family wedding and I reserved 3 rooms for us. My family showed up to check in and they were denied access because I was not physically present (I was coming later). Even though my wife is included in my profile they could not get in. My wife, daughter, and daughter-in-law had copies of the reservation but they would not honor them. The desk personal (Wendy) was very rude and would not help. I talked to her on the phone and she said she would not help. After I called...

"The pool was great. Being able to order pizza after swimming was perfect. Breakfast was good."

"Staff was great. Convenient location. Toilet lever was broke and I had asked for extra towels and didn’t get them. The beds could be softer. It was very quiet and the blackout shades were great."

"We asked for an early check in. When we arrived, we were told they would call us when our room was available. We went to lunch, came back and still not ready. Ending up getting ready for event in the lobby and having access to our room an hour after regular check in time. "

"The pool area is great but you could tell it was not swept daily. There were leaves all over the floor umbrella for tables. Most time we used the hot tub or pool the were no clean towels. Our room was great except that there was take out food in the microwave when we arrived and dirt wash rags still in the bathroom. I brought it to management attention and it was taken care of right away along with the clogged tub and bathroom sink."
