"This location is not clean. Dirty pool and jacuzzi. Full of bugs and leaves. You can tell the breakfast was sitting since the morning. I had to request for our beds to have fresh sheets and pillowcases because our bed had someone’s hair and smell and whatever they left on the sheets.. Both beds! And not to mention hair all around the toilet.. I got the feeling they didn’t like chocolate chips in their sugar cookies! "
