"The lady at the front desk was very rude. I had my ID and my booking confirmation on my phone, but she would not let me check in because somebody stole my wallet. Any other place would accommodate my wife and I which she is blind and pregnant."

"Overall good. Most things have been updated. The windows need heavy CLR treatment or replacement to remove all the calcium and lime deposits that make them look foggy. The pool area needs some updates and touch ups. The hot tub was luke warm on one day, but perfect temperature the next day. Breakfast could use better fruit and bananas.
