Well appointed room but a bit dates but that could be because they wanted to stay with the Chinese styled theme. Beautiful garden and scenic area for photos and check in if that's what you're into.

Historical hotel but recently refurbished! All facilities that might be expected and a wide variety of choice for breakfast. Situated as part of the Panmen gardens and free entry with your room key!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wow—an absolutely stunning stay at Pan Pacific Suzhou! The hotel is breathtaking, especially the classical Chinese gardens—peaceful, elegant, and incredibly beautiful. Walking through the grounds feels like stepping into a painting. The staff are genuinely warm, attentive, and super helpful, making the whole experience effortless and welcoming. One of the highlights was renting a hanfu dress directly at the hotel. The collection is gorgeous, with so many beautiful styles to choose from, and the service was truly professional—from fitting to styling. It made the entire experience feel authentic and special. Everything about this stay was amazing. Highly, highly recommended! 🌸

It’s very nice property. We booked a two bedroom executive suite with great view out of the tower. We also try the breakfast buffet with very reasonable price and great election of both Westin and Chinese style breakfast.
