"This hotel was top class.
The whole hotel was immaculately clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The food was delicious and always freshly prepared.
It had a lovely swimming pool, but was also situated close to a beautiful beach."

"We booked for four nights and managed 1!
When first arriving at the location we were not welcomed and instead made to feel as if we were a burden. This instantly made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
We went to the room and instantly felt dirty as the place was not clean and things were broken such as cupboards and light fixtures.
When attempting to take a shower we realised there was also no hot water, so this was completely unpleasant.
We sat back and booked a new place for three times...
