The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely view of the golf course from the window. The breakfast, served in the club house was great, can recommend the eggs benedict !

Breakfast was excellent. Location great for Swansea Bay Area and Wales national pool, reason for stay. Could do with some blackout blinds. Overall a lovely place to stay at.

What an amazing find, 4* and so reasonably priced. Breakfast was top class, a really good full english, loads of continental options and lots of tea types and flavours so as to satisfy your taste in tea. I will come back.

Safe and quiet area with pleasant views. Ceri the lady who checked is in was very pleasant and made us feel very welcome. The ladies in the bar/restaurant were very friendly and accommodating as was the chef. The breakfast was excellent - good quality and plenty of it. We are more than happy to return again.

Three night break

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sommerfeld Lodge from the moment we checked in til our departure.Breakfasts were excellent. Beds comfortable.Room serviced daily.Beforr leaving we took the advantage of having a carvery Sunday dinner at the golf club, which was excellent and great value for money.

Great stay - Fantastic breakfast!

Excellent stay with a twin room overlooking the golf course. Great location for Mumbles. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. It would be good if the room had full blackout blinds or curtains as the room got the sun very early in the morning and lit the room up even with the blinds closed. Would have liked a slightly bigger towel but that’s being very picky. The best thing about the stay was the breakfast - it was really nice with lots of choice. I would definitely stay here again.

The B&B is basically a room block next door to the golf clubhouse, with a beautiful outlook. The highlight of our stay were the superb breakfasts and attentive staff member. There were a number of maintenance issues, from broken tiles across the bathroom floor, blown bulbs, TV not working... But the hygiene in the room was good.

Lovely club house and dining area with great views over the golf course. Staff very friendly and helpful. We had room 2 not a good view from window but room although small was very comfortable. We had car trouble and had to leave early so did not get out and about. Quite a route march to have breakfast especially if weather is bad but would try again earlier in the season
