"The lighting for reading in the room was OUTSTANDING! Most hotels do not provide enough bright light to be able to read in bed. I had to call on maintenance for a small issue and the young man was delightful. WARNING: There is no freezing unit in the refrigerator."

Then discovered that in our room, no shampoo, no conditioner, almost no tissue paper. Breakfast there was no coffee, no eggs, no sausages, no pastry. Coffee arrive 10 minutes later, but still no cream. No milk for cereal."

"We had a great stay at Hyatt House. The staff and housekeeping team were all very friendly and welcoming throughout our visit, which made the experience even better. The complimentary breakfast was a huge plus especially with a toddler. We also appreciated the on-site amenities like the pool, laundry facilities, and bar, which made our stay convenient and comfortable. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely come back again."
