"We stayed at the Mountain Exposure Luxury Chalets for 3 nights. It was a beautiful chalet, very spacious, clean & tidy. The views of Zermatt and the Matterhorn from our balcony were breathtaking. Meeting the concierge to pick up the keys was very easy, he coordinated the evening before so everything was organized. Great location for Zermatt train station, Gornergrat train and the Matterhorn Gondola ride. Highly recommend."

"The studio is basic, but has anything you need - small kitchen, microwave, dishes (no dish sope, however). The bathroom needs some repairs, but is spacious. The place, however, despite being mordern, has literally zero charm. But it is very well located, and the price is absolutely right. My main problem was the communication: As I booked via hotels.com, a plethora of conflicting and confusing information follwed (e.g. you have to check-in elswhere; we will reveal information if you give us...

"Unterkunft ist neu, modern, sauber, gut ausgestattet. Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Gebäude vorhanden aber wahrscheinlich nicht ausreichend. Lange sehr gut, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gute Anbindung. Schlecht: Kommunikation nur per E-Mail, zum Check in ( Kopie von Ausweis) nur im letzten Moment vor Ort. Wenn die Gäste vor Ort von eigenem Erfahrung vor Ort nicht erzählt hätten, keine Chance im späteren Abend gewesen. Keine Personal vor Ort."

"The apartment was amazing with great views of the Matterhorn and a very large space, with lounge, dinning area, lounge, 2 bedrooms (1 upstairs) and 2 bathrooms, with 4 terraces. There is also a lift to your front door. The staff were great and very helpful and the facilities looked good, although we didn't have time to use them. I would have loved to give the apartment 5 stars, but like the hotel, it needs a bit of maintenance with the blinds, windows and light fittings."

"Von Anfang bis Ende einfach nur top!! Man fühlt sich als wäre man weit weg in den Ferien...Hervorheben möchten wir die freundlichen Mitarbeitenden des Hapimag Ascona. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und top eingerichtet. Die Kinder liebten den Pool und die Spiele die man ausleihen durften. Ausserdem gibt es einen Spielplatz und eine kleine Kinderclubhütte beim Spielpi - soo süss!! Wir sind wirklich begeistert vom Hapimag Resort in Ascona! Top top top! Wir kommen wieder und werden Sie gerne...
