"Check in at the hotel near the restaurant they had our name and room key already prepared and on the desk. Room was quiet, clean, and lovely. Small but perfect for our day trip to Lausanne and Lake Geneva, which is why we selected this hotel between the higher priced hotels in the cities (Geneva and Lausanne). "The room was great. Everything was modern and comfortable. The check-in process is scary if you wait until the last minute. I accept most of the responsibility, but I wish I would have received a warning e-mail for not checking in the day before. Just an email that would make me acknowledge the automated process that I would be entering into and without help from staff on site. We were on a 42 day trip with 14 different hotels, so we were spoiled by most of the hotels that had staff to assist...

"receptionist are friendly. 6 minutes from geneva airport. but air conditioning was the worse experience, you only hear the sound of it but not cold at all. room is not very clean."

"It would have been good to have instructions on how to enter the indoor parking facility. It was a shame also that the charging stations were not operational although advertised as available online. There was no option to check out on the self service screen at the reception."
